For this reason, we would like to enlighten you as the Data Supervisor regarding the legal reasons and rights of your personal data, how and for which purposes your personal data are processed within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No.6698 ("Law").

III. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data will be sent to our shareholders, business partners, suppliers, judicial authorities and similar legally authorized public / private institutions and organizations within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. and (II) and (III) of this Clarification Text. It can be transferred limitedly for the purposes specified in the articles.
IV. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data can be collected by Dolfin for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text from any written, verbal, electronic environment by automatic or non-automatic methods. Your collected personal data are within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. It can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in the articles.
V. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be stored for the period required by the purposes specified in this Clarification Text. In addition, Dolfin will be able to store personal data for the period of limitation specified in accordance with the relevant legislation, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses regarding any possible dispute with the data owner.
VI. Your Rights Regarding Protection of Personal Data
By applying to Dolfin in accordance with Article 11 of the Law,
Learning whether your personal data is processed,
If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom they are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to your above-mentioned rights in the form of correction, deletion and destruction to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively with automated systems,
To request compensation of your loss in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,
We would like to state that you have the rights. Despite the use of the rights specified in article 11 of the Law, Dolfin has the right to evaluate these requests within the scope of the relevant legislation and to make positive / negative feedback.

Dolfin may change and update the provisions in this Clarification Text at any time by publishing. Changes and updates made by Dolfin take effect on the date of their publication.
